Shipping Information for Original Art
The following applies to both UK and International orders:
Shipping costs for original paintings are not automatically calculated at checkout.
After placing your order, you will receive an email within 3 working days with a detailed shipping quote. The quote will be based on your location, the size and weight of the artwork, and your selected shipping method. (Any shipping charges automatically applied at checkout will be deducted from your final shipping invoice.) Payment is required within 48 hours of receiving the final shipping invoice.
PRINTS: Please note shipping prices for prints are automatically calculated at checkout.
Shipping Options:
Pack & Send
This is a specialist shipping service designed to provide the highest level of protection for your artwork during transit.Professional packaging for maximum protection.
Full insurance coverage for loss or damage during shipping.
Fully tracked and signed delivery, ensuring peace of mind.
This is the Recommended Shipping Option: Due to the value and originality of the artwork, this option is particularly advised for international orders.
2. Standard Shipping
This option uses a standard shipping provider, such as Parcelforce or a similar service, selected for cost-effectiveness via an online comparison tool.Tracked and signed delivery.
Important: Standard shipping providers do not offer insurance for original artwork. If you choose this option, you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during transit. Jenna Ferguson Art will not be liable for such incidents.
Requesting a Shipping Quote:
If you would like a shipping quote prior to placing an order, please email jenna@jennafergusonart.com, and we will obtain this for you as soon as possible (please note that as the collection release is at the weekend, quotes may not be able to be provided until the next working day).

Final shipping charges depend on specific order details (e.g., with/without float frame) and exact address. The following is a general guide only.

Good News for US collectors:
Fine art purchases are exempt from recent changes related to import tax. Under US customs rules, fine art imports are duty-free, so you won’t face unexpected import charges.
How long will my order take to be shipped?
Original Art: You will be contacted within 3 working days to discuss your framing/shipping options. You will then be provided with a timeframe of when to expect your painting to be shipped to you.
Prints: Prints are made to order so please allow 10-14 days for your print to be dispatched.
If for any reason you require a shipping upgrade to receive artwork sooner, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate.
What should I do if my order does not arrive within the expected timeframe?
If you have been issued with a tracking number, please use it to follow the parcel on its journey. For any enquiries regarding parcel delays please contact me.
Will I have a customs charge to pay?
Customers are responsible for any customs charges, if applicable. Please contact your local customs office prior to purchase for more details on duties, taxes and fees according to your countries regulations.
What is the shipping charge for commissioned artworks?
Shipping fees for commissioned artworks are calculated individually based on the shipping location and the weight of the completed painting plus packaging. You will be provided with a shipping estimate at the beginning of the commission process.
What will I do if my parcel gets lost or damaged in transit?

Does my order come with a receipt or documentation?
No. Your order will not arrive with any documentation. Your receipt is your order confirmation email.. So please keep this, and your shipping confirmation email, for your records.
