Building on from my last collection, Glimmers, these new paintings continue the exploration of finding the extraordinary in the everyday. Each piece is enriched with delicate gold metal leaf along the horizon, capturing fleeting moments of light and quiet beauty, and inviting mindfulness, joy, and connection with those around us.

Original Mixed Media Artwork

  • Created using acrylic paint with gold metal leaf along the horizon, this piece is finished with a luxurious resin topcoat, providing a smooth, glass-like shine.

  • Wooden painting panel:

    • Museum-grade wooden panel

    • Dimensions: 100x50cm (39.5" x 19.75")

    • Depth: 3cm (1.15")

    • Sides painted in white

    • The panel is reinforced with an aluminium subframe for added strength and stability, and includes custom-made metal hooks for effortless wall hanging.

  • Framing:

All artwork comes unframed and ready to hang as it is.

If you would like to add a custom float frame made for your piece, I can arrange that for you at an additional cost. After your purchase, I’ll be in touch personally to chat through framing options and shipping.

  • Certificate of Authenticity: Each painting includes a certificate, verifying its details and signed by the artist.

These works celebrate the quiet beauty of fleeting moments - a sky turning gold, a serene evening by the sea, the simple, quiet details of everyday life.

The title, Out of the Ordinary, is inspired by the beautiful song by Alex Warren. The lyrics are just gorgeous and meaningful, perfectly capturing the spirit of this collection.
